Shipping policy

Dear Customer,

AWAVE does not hold stock. Every piece is made to order in our Istanbul atelier and handed to the carrier within 5–14 business days of your order.

International orders

Shipping is complimentary on all international orders. Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): all import duties and taxes are covered by AWAVE. There are no additional fees on delivery.

Returns

As every piece is made to order according to the customer's request, our products fall under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15(1)(b): goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs). Returns are therefore accepted only for manufacturing defects.
